Allergen Information

At Tête de Gâteau, we are committed to providing transparent information to keep our customers safe. In line with UK Food Information Regulations, here is a detailed overview of allergens that may be present in our cakes:

All of our cakes are carefully crafted in a kitchen that handles 14 major allergens outlined by UK law:

• Celery
• Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley)
• Crustaceans (e.g., crab, lobster)
• Eggs
• Fish
• Lupin
• Milk
• Molluscs (e.g., mussels, oysters)
• Mustard
• Nuts (e.g., almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)
• Peanuts
• Sesame seeds
• Soya
• Sulphur dioxide (often found in dried fruits)

Although we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we work in an environment where the above allergens are present. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are entirely allergen-free.

 We do not cater to specific dietary requirements, such as gluten-free or dairy-free options. 

 For the convenience and safety of our customers, we affix allergen stickers to each cake box, clearly indicating any of the 14 major allergens present. This labelling ensures you have the essential information needed to make safe and informed choices when enjoying our cakes.
